District 61 Band Boosters Hold Spaghetti Dinner

DARIEN, IL — The Darien District #61 Band Boosters Association invites the Darien community to its annual spaghetti dinner from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 4. The event will be held in the commons area at the Eisenhower Junior High, 1410 75th St., Darien.

According to the city newsletter, meal options will include regular or gluten-free spaghetti; choice of marinara or meat sauce; garlic bread; and salad and dessert bars. Several raffles will be available. Music will be provided by current band students and the school jazz band, along with alumni who are invited to join in.

The city newsletter said ticket prices, which include all food and entertainment, are $6 for adults and $3 for students when purchased in advance from any EJH band student. Otherwise, tickets are available at the door: $7 for adults and $4 for students; and children under 6 years old eat for free.
