Domestic Battery and DUI: Darien Blotter

The following items were taken from the Darien police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Driving While License Suspended

• Christopher Davis, 27, Willowbrook, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. April 28 at 75th and Plainfield Road after a random license plate check showed the vehicle registration to be suspended. Davis was arrested for driving while license suspended and operating a vehicle with suspended registration.

Domestic Battery

• Tyler Collins, 21, Willowbrook, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. April 28 in the 7100 block of Route 83 when he was observed forcefully pushing a victim in the parking lot. Collins was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic battery.
• Carmen Ritacco, 22, of the 1400 block of Lakeview, was arrested at 8:39 p.m. April 29 in the 1400 block of Lakeview after police were called for a disturbance. Ritacco was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic battery.
• Jenetta Farnsworth, 30, of the 1100 block of Chalet Drive, was arrested at 4:38 a.m. April 30 after police responded to the 1100 block of Chalet for a report of a verbal argument. Farnsworth was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic battery after she reportedly scratched the victim.

Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance

• David Trujillo-Arizmendi, 20, Bolingbrook, was arrested following an accident at 3:55 p.m. April 29 at 87th Street and Lemont Road for felony unlawful possession of controlled substance and no valid driver's license.

DUI

• Daniel Alcantara-Osorio, 24, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 5:28 a.m. April 30 after officers observed a vehicle parked on northbound I-55 ramp to northbound Cass Avenue with the subject urinating in public. Alcantara-Osorio was arrested and charged with DUI.
• Andrius Butkevicius, 38, of the 300 block of Roger Road, was arrested at 5:22 p.m. April 30 after officers were advised of a car swerving in traffic in the 2500 block of Plainfield Road. Butkevicius was arrested on one count of DUI and improper lane usage.
