DUI, Domestic Battery: Darien Arrests

The following items were taken from the Darien police blotter throughout the past week. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

May 4

• Carlos Garcia, 34, of Chicago, was arrested at 6:57 p.m. in the 7900 block of Lemont Road for driving while license suspended, operating uninsured motor vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol and speeding. Garcia was processed and released with a court date of June 14 at Downers Grove Traffic Court.

May 5

• Joel Martinez, 25, of Westmont, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. in the 7900 block of Lemont Road for DUI-alcohol, operating uninsured motor vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane use. Fuentes was processed and released with a court date of June 5 at DuPage County Judicial Center.
• Ivan Perez-Garcia, 23, of Romeoville, was arrested at 7:55 a.m. at Cass and Plainfield Road for driving while registration suspended and driving while license suspended. Perez-Garcia was processed and released with a court date of May 31 at Downers Grove Traffic Court.

May 6

• Anthony Stompanato, 48, of the 6800 block of Crest Road, was arrested at 9:42 a.m. in the 6800 block of Crest for two counts of domestic battery. Stompanato was taken to DuPage County Jail.

May 7

• Robert Longfield, 49, of the 7700 block of Linden Avenue, was arrested at 3:26 p.m. in the 7900 block of Cass for driving while license suspended, improper use of registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Longfield was processed and released with a court date of May 24 at Downers Grove Traffic Court.
