DUI, Domestic Battery: Darien Blotter

The following items were taken from the Darien police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

DUI

• Darryl Fisher, 58, Clarendon Hills, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. July 10 in the parking lot of Speedway, 7502 Cass Ave., for two counts of DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol. Fisher was processed and released with a court date of Aug. 15 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

Domestic Battery

• Daniel Wolzen, 33, of 8400 block of Captons Lane; and Evelyne Henry, 28, Crest Hill, were arrested at 2:41 a.m. July 11 in the 8400 block of Captons for domestic battery. Henry and Wolzen were processed and transported to DuPage County Jail.

Driving While License Suspended

• Darrell Rice, 24, Broadview, was arrested at 6:22 a.m. July 12 in the 1300 block of 75th Street for driving while license suspended and speeding. Rice was processed and released with a court date of Aug. 3 at Downers Grove Traffic Court.
