DUIs, Burglary To Motor Vehicle: Darien Blotter

The following items were taken from the Darien police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

DUI

• Michael Vasta, 32, Westmont, was arrested at 1:27 a.m. May 22 at Fairview and Judd for DUI, driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, suspended registration and no seatbelt. Vasta was processed and released with a court date of June 27 at DuPage Judicial Center.
• Amartuvshin Delgersaikhan, 25, of the 500 block of Plainfield Road, was arrested at 1:56 a.m. May 23 in the 7800 block of Cass for two counts of DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane usage and illegal transportation of alcohol. Delgersaikhan was processed and released
  with a court date of June 27 at DuPage Judicial Center.
• Jasmine Jackson, 27, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 12:29 a.m. May 25 at Lemont and Cheese roads for DUI and speeding. Jackson was processed and released with a court date of June 27 at DuPage Judicial Center.

Burglary To Motor Vehicle

• Unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked car parked on a driveway in the 8400 block of Mystic Trace sometime between 6 p.m. May 24 and 4:31 a.m. May 25. There was no sign of forced entry, miscellaneous items were stolen. The resident reported fraudulent activity on a credit card, and the owner’s wallet was recovered by another police agency. Total loss unknown at this time.

Burglary

• An unknown suspect(s) gained entry to the victim's secured locker at XSport Gym, 7511 Lemont Road, sometime between 8:55 a.m. and 10 a.m. May 25. A wallet, currency and a ring were stolen from the locker. Total loss unknown at this time.
