DUIs, Criminal Damage to Property: Darien Blotter
Darien Police reports through June 25.

The following items were taken from the Darien police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Attempted Burglary
- Forced entry was attempted through a door at AT&T, 2415 75th St., at 1:50 a.m. June 23.

- An unknown male suspect wheeled a Samsung flat screen TV out of an emergency exit without making payment at Wal-Mart, 2189 75th St., at 5:16 a.m. June 23. The loss is $898.
DUI
- Jose Alvarado, 40, Glendale Heights, was arrested at 11:12 p.m. June 23 at Portsmouth and North Frontage for DUI, improper parking and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Alvarado was processed and released with a court date of July 24 at DuPage County Judicial Center.
- Amber Doogan, 29, Lemont, was arrested at 12:52 a.m. June 25 near Speedway, 10250 Lemont Road, for two counts of DUI. Doogan was processed and released with a court date of Aug. 1 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

- Windows were damaged at Hinsdale South High School, 7401 Clarendon Hills Road, sometime between 3 p.m. June 25 and 7 a.m. June 26. The approximate value of damage is $250.
