DUIs, Suspended License: Darien Arrests

Darien Police reports through May 23.

The following items were taken from the Darien police blotter throughout the past week. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

May 16

  • Adrian Horan, 27, of the 8300 block of Woodland, was arrested at 4:02 p.m. at North Frontage near Oldfield Road for suspended driver's license, operating uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane use. Horan was processed and released with a court date of June 14 at Downers Grove Traffic Court.
  • Iris Schindler, 68, of the 3400 block of Brewer Road, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. at Lemont Road and 83rd Street for DUI-drugs and failure to yield turning left. Schindler was processed and
    released with a court date of June 19 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

May 18

  • Simon Wisniewski, 29, of the 7900 block of Farmingdale Drive, was arrested at 4:34 a.m. in the 7500 block of Cass Avenue for DUI-alcohol. Wisniewski was processed and released with a court date of June 19 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

May 20

  • Marcell Lawrence, 40, of Chicago, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. at Lemont and Cheese roads for DUI-alcohol, improper lane use, failure to signal and no valid driver's license. Lawrence was processed and released with a court date of June 26 at DuPage County Judicial Center.
