table provided for your space. $45 if you are paying after November 1 (fee increase waived, if approached
with application after this date). Marketing will be provided in the form of postcards that you can send to
customers as well as hand out at other shows. This event will also be publicized on the choir facebook page,
sports boosters facebook page, local channels, newsletters and publications. It will also be in local news
outlets. (This is included in the booth fee.)
If you are renting a table from us, you will need to furnish your own table covering. You are welcome to bring
an additional table, but remember, spaces are roughly 10ft. by 10ft. You will be asked to move any items that encroach on your neighbor’s space. If you feel you need more space, you may purchase an additional space
for $35. This event is held inside the Gyms and commons area of the school.
Payment is expected at time of application submission. We are asking all participants to donate a
craft/product that you sell to be donated for our raffle. These items need to be either dropped off at the
school with your business card or business information, or mailed to the school by October 21. If you are
unable to get your raffle item to the school before the date of the event, please make sure to email Jenn
Sparano with a detailed description of your donation, so that it may be properly advertised and placed in a
raffle basket when you arrive the morning of the event. Raffles will be drawn at 2:30.
Sellers are responsible for their set up and take down process. We ask that all sellers be set up by 9 a.m.
(when the doors open to the public), and remain open until 3 p.m. Electricity is available, but you need to let
us know on this application if you need it. Also, please bring your own extension cords.
Concessions will be available for sale.
If two (2) of the same sellers register, the application we received first will be accepted. You will have the
option next, should the first vendor not be able to participate for any reason.
