"The Trial of Goldilocks" presented by The Children’s Theatre of Western Springs Touring Troupe

(Darien, IL) --- Enjoy a production of The Trial of Goldilocks presented by The Children’s Theatre of Western Springs Touring Troupe on Saturday, February 11 at 2 p.m.  This program is free and open to the public.  Tickets must be picked up at the Kids & Teens Ask Us Desk in the library, or may be reserved by calling 630/887-8760 ext. 264.

            This production of The Trial of Goldilocks is a comedy suitable for children of all ages.  The familiar fairy tale is presented as Goldilocks is on trial for breaking into the home of the bears.  As the trial progresses, the audience hears the point of view of the bears and from Goldilocks, as well as the traditional, much-loved version of events.

            The Children’s Theatre of Western Springs has been active since 1945.  Children can take courses in acting, voice, movement, musical theatre, technical theatre and more.  This touring troupe brings these talented youngsters out into the community.
