Hinsdale Police Reports: Drug Possession, Theft, DUI
The following crimes occurred between Oct. 17 and 22.

A thief stole two flags and a lawn sign, worth $95, between Oct. 17 and 19 from the front yard of a home on the 400 block of N Grant Street, according to Hinsdale police. The theft was reported on Oct. 21.
Someone cut wires and removed the passenger side mirror on Oct 17 from a car in a parking lot at Hinsdale Racquet Club on S Grant Street, according to Hinsdale police. The cost to repair and replace the mirror is estimated to be $2,500.

Teresa Vega, age 21 of 5050 S Ridgeway, Chicago, was arrested Oct. 24 for driving under the influence, according to Hinsdale police. Vega was arrested at Ogden & Route 83. She has been charged with DUI, speeding in excess of 35 mph over speed limit and improper lane use, according to police. Vega refused blood alcohol content testing.
A 16-year-old female juvenile was arrested Oct. 22 for possession of cannabis, according to Hinsdale police. The juvenile was arrested from Hinsdale Central High School. She has been charged and referred to peer jury, according to police.
