Hinsdale Police Reports: Egged House, Theft, Car Burglary
Hinsdale Police Department reported crimes through March 24.

Three people were arrested March 14 and charged with unlawful use of alcohol by person under 21 in the 100 block of West 55th Street, according to Hinsdale police. Two arrestees were 17-year-old male juveniles of La Grange. Alexandra C Gove, age 18 of the 400 block of Catherine Avenue, La Grange, was also charged with speeding. They were released to parents, police reported.
Someone damaged a 10-food section of wooden fence between March 16 and 17 in the 10 block of South Bodin Street, according to Hinsdale police. The damage was valued at $200.

Someone stole a wallet, prescription sunglasses and a make-up bag between March 17 and 18, according to Hinsdale police. The items were stolen from a parked car in the 900 block of South Quincy Street, police reported. The estimated value is $400.
Someone reported a lost wallet March 18 at RML Specialty Hospital, according to Hinsdale police. She later received the wallet through the mail, but it was missing her social security card. Someone cashed a check for $100 from her checking account, police reported.

Someone paid a contractor for labor Sept. 17, 2014 with a check that was returned for insufficient funds, according to Hinsdale police.
A patient at Manorcare reported $150 missing from his room between March 17 and 18, according to Hinsdale police.
Someone threw eggs March 20 at a house in the 300 block of South Oak Street, according to Hinsdale police.
Someone reported two jackets valued at $450 were taken Jan. 1 from his apartment in the 5500 block of South Madison Street by people contracted to work in the apartment, according to Hinsdale police.
Someone filed a tax return March 18 using a victim’s information, according to Hinsdale police.
