Indian Prairie Library is open to cardholders
How the library is keeping the community healthy while providing services.

Indian Prairie Public Library is currently operating under Tier 3 Mitigations that state governmental entities should limit customers to 25% capacity. Visits are limited to 50 cardholders per hour and appointments are encouraged. If more than one person is coming for the appointment, they must be listed or they may not be allowed in. Need a library card? Apply for one at getacard.ippl.info.
Tables and chairs have been removed. Computers are still available, however the number of computers has been reduced and appointments are for one hour. Call 630/887-8760 to schedule an appointment.
To help control the spread of COVID-19, community members are encouraged to use the library’s digital services or the drive-up window for hold pickups and print/scan requests. Wi-fi is available out in the reading garden or in the parking lot. Signal increases with proximity to the building.
