The bartender told police that Gudauskas became irate and aimed derogatory words and gestures toward her. As a result, she refused to serve him any more drinks. Gudauskas then spit on her several times, the report said.

In response, the bartender said she sprayed him with water from the soda fountain and threw a plastic cup at him, police said.

Gudauskas did not leave the bar when she asked him to, the report said.

Gudauskas' friend told officers that Gudauskas and the bartender had a bad history. The friend said Gudauskas made several song selections on the jukebox and believed another customer used a remote control for the jukebox to skip Gudauskas' songs, authorities said. The bartender and Gudauskas then argued about the jukebox.

The bartender said her brother had just died, prompting Gudauskas to respond, "Oh, that's good," the friend told police.

According to the friend, the bartender then sprayed water from the soda fountain and threw a hot sauce bottle at Gudauskas, the report said.

Gudauskas was about to throw the bottle back at the bartender when someone else in the bar stopped him, police said.

In his interview with police, Gudauskas accused the bartender of spraying him with water and throwing a hot sauce bottle at him, according to the report.

Gudauskas said the bartender did not like the music he played on the jukebox, so she turned it off and told him to leave, the report said.

Gudauskas told officers he was about to leave, but stayed because a stranger bought him a beer.
