Jewelry Stolen, License Suspended: Darien Arrests

Darien Police reports through Jan. 16.

The following items were taken from the Darien police blotter throughout the past week. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Jan. 9

  • Pedro Garduno-Mora, 44, of Westmont, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. in the 6800 block of Cass Avenue and charged with driving while license revoked and one headlight. Garduno-Mora was processed and released with a court date of Feb. 7 at Downers Grove Traffic Court.

  • Terrez Washington, 36, of Bolingbrook, was arrested at 9:02 a.m. at Oldfield Road and charged with driving while license suspended, operating uninsured motor vehicle and speeding. Washington was processed and released with a court date of Feb. 21 at Downers Grove Traffic Court.
  • Brandon Tate, 35, of Westmont, was arrested at 5:07 p.m. at 75th Street and Farmingdale Drive and was charged with driving while license revoked and operating uninsured motor vehicle. Tate was processed and released and advised a court date for Downers Grove Traffic Court would be mailed.
  • Someone stole jewelry from a home in the 8500 block of Woodvale Drive sometime between 3 and 5:20 p.m. There was no sign of forced entry and the loss is $9,872.
