Learn How To Feed Yourself With Indian Prairie Library

Learn with the Indian Prairie Library about how to get the most out of your budget while grocery shopping.

DARIEN, IL — The Indian Prairie Public Library will hold a class for teens and adults of all ages to teach how to get the most out of your budget by learning the best ways to grocery shop. The class will be held at the library from 2 to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 8.

According to the library's website, the class will teach how to find quality produce and how to store food properly. The class will also include budgeting, finding the best produce, using your fridge to its best advantage, making your food last longer, meal planning, finding deals and getting financial assistance.
