DARIEN, IL — Police arrested a Joliet man after he allegedly nearly crashed into a squad car after leaving QBar in Darien. Glen Cooley, 27, was charged with DUI after the Jan. 12 incident, which took place at approximately 1:11 a.m. in the 8200 block of Cass Ave. According to police, Cooley hit a curb after coming close to hitting the police car. Police took Cooley into custody and charged him with DUI and failure to yield left turn. Cooley was processed and released.
