Man Touches Girl In Woodridge Water Park's Lazy River: Prosecutors
The man was charged with aggravated battery in a public police, authorities said.

WOODRIDGE, IL – A man is accused of inappropriately touching a girl last week at Cypress Cove Family Aquatic Park in Woodridge, authorities said.
Ricky Karlic, 61, of Lombard, was charged with felony aggravated battery in a public place, police said.
About 5:30 p.m. Friday, Karlic touched the girl's buttocks with his hand while in the lazy river at Cypress Cove, according to a news release from DuPage County prosecutors.

Under the conditions of Karlic's release, he cannot have contact with the victim or anyone under 18 and cannot enter Cypress Cove.
"Today's charge sends the message that in DuPage County, we are committed to keeping our public recreational facilities safe for all to enjoy," DuPage County State's Attorney Robert Berlin said in the news release.
