Mega Model Show & Swap Meet
Bundle up the whole family and come to our Model Show. This fun-filled event is sure to help cure cabin fever and the winter blahs!
Conveniently located approximately six blocks north of I-55 and the Cass Avenue exit, St. John Lutheran Church at 7214 South Cass Avenue in Darien will host an extensive Model Show and Swap Meet on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Plane, train, and automobile model hobbyists will find exhibits and merchandise galore.
There will be at least two operating model railroad layouts and over 60 vendor tables selling plastic model kits and model railroad-related items. The family-friendly event will also offer food and raffle prizes.
Admission is $5.00 for adults (18 years and older) and $2.00 for youth (12 to 17 years old). Children under 12 and Scouts in uniform are FREE! Proceeds will benefit the St. John Lutheran Church Youth Mission/Outing/Conference Fund.
