Mobile Tolerance Education Bus in Darien This Week
The Mobile Museum of Tolerance visits our suburb this week as part of an ongoing educational tour across the state.

DARIEN -- A special traveling tour is in Darien this week to promote tolerance and understanding.
Here is more about the Mobile Museum of Tolerance's visit to our community and its work across the state, from the organization:
The Mobile Museum of Tolerance is an arm of the Simon Wiesenthal Center: https://mmot.com/. The MMOT is the first traveling education center of its kind in the United States and visits school districts and public places across Illinois to offer free education and awareness about the very real threat of hate and intolerance in our communities.
The MMOT has proven very popular since its creation, and is now booked to appear in school districts and libraries throughout Illinois well into 2025. The bus offers workshops and a hands-on educational platform to reach thousands of students and encourage them to speak against bullying, hate, racism, anti-Semitism, and much more.
The bus will visit Darien:
· Tuesday, July 18, through Friday, July 21
· July 18-20: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., July 21: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
