New Associate Judge Named For DuPage County

Christine Cody has been chosen as the new associate judge for DuPage County.

DUPAGE COUNTY, IL — A new associate judge has been announced for the Circuit Judges of the Eighteenth Judicial Court in DuPage County. Christine Cody has been chosen to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Bruce Kelsey, according to a release.

Cody attended the Loyola University School of Law and was admitted to the practice of law in Illinois in 1995. According to the release, she is a partner with the Law Offices of Rohde & Cody, P.C. in Addison. Prior to that, she was of Counsel with the Law Offices of Charles A. Rohde; an Adjunct Professor at College of DuPage; a Partner with the Law Offices of Cody, Mitacek & Rohde, P.C.,; an Assistant State’s Attorney for the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office; and an Associate at DiMonte, Schostack & Lizak, LLC. According to the release, Cody is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, the DuPage County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
