Tonight the Citizens of Darien were heard and the City Council voted down the so called “Assault Weapon Ban.” The Ban supported by the Chief of Police and Mayor did not receive one vote of support and almost zero support from the general public. We are thankful for everyone who helped educate the public and the City Council members for voting no.
