No Valid License and DUIs: Darien Blotter

The following items were taken from the Darien police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

DUI

• Robert Kerr, 24, of the 8700 block of Lake Ridge Drive, was arrested April 1 at Manning and Plainfield roads for two counts of DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and disobeying traffic control signal.
• Rose Medina, 43, Chicago, was arrested at 4:43 a.m. April 1 after her vehicle was observed swerving on northbound I-55 near Cass Avenue. Medina was arrested for two counts of DUI and improper lane usage.

No Valid Driver’s License

• Jose Gonzalez, 33, of the 8400 block of Wilmette Avenue, was arrested at 8:49 a.m. after a traffic stop in the 8100 block of Cass Avenue for no valid driver's license and driving with expired plates.
