Overnight Ramp Closures Scheduled for Ogden and I294

Ramps from Ogden Avenue to I294 are scheduled for overnight maintenance through August 15.

The Illinois Tollway Authority has announced temporary construction closures to ramps at the interchange of Ogden Avenue and Interstate 294. The temporary closures have been scheduled through August 15th, according to the following schedule:

Night of August 12 (9 p.m. to 5 a.m.), northbound 294 to westbound Ogden Avenue and westbound Ogden Avenue to northbound 294.Night of August 13 (9 p.m. to 5 a.m.), northbound 294 to eastbound Ogden Avenue and westbound Ogden Avenue to northbound 294.Night of August 14 (9 p.m. to 5 a.m.), northbound 294 to eastbound Ogden Avenue and eastbound Ogden Avenue to southbound 294. Night of August 15 (9 p.m. to 5 a.m.), southbound 294 to eastbound Ogden Avenue.

Detour routes will be posted by IDOT during these closures. Residents are encouraged to make advance travel plans to avoid unnecessary delays.

The scheduled for pavement stripping and removal, maintenance and pavement reconstruction work. the ramps will be closed overnight and reopened in time for the morning rush hour.
