Paintball Vandalism, License Issues: Darien Cops
Someone struck a house with paintballs early one morning, police say.
DARIEN, IL — Darien police released their latest blotter Thursday. Here is information from the reports:
- Someone struck a house with paintballs between midnight and 7:30 a.m. Saturday in the 2200 block of Hamilton Drive.
- Juan Castro Lopez, age unavailable, of Chicago, was cited about noon Oct. 13 near 103rd Street and Lemont Road on charges of driving with a suspended license, no valid registration and failure to carry warning devices on a truck. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- Maria Garcia Perez, 33, of Chicago, was cited about 9:30 p.m. Friday in the 8100 block of Lemont Road on charges of driving with a suspended license and speeding. She was speeding 60 mph in a 40 mph zone. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
- Cristian Serna, 19, of Chicago, was cited about 8 p.m. Saturday in the area of Cass Avenue on charges of no valid driver's license, unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver and speeding. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- Jaylah Jones, 18, of Chicago, was cited about 10:30 p.m. Sunday on Cass Avenue on charges of no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to signal. She was clocked speeding 50 mph in a 40 mph zone. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
