Disorderly Conduct

At 2:40p.m. on Aug. 30, officers were dispatched to the 9100 block of Cheese Road for a neighbor
complaint. A resident was burning his grass and urinated on his fence in view of the neighbor. The resident was issued a citation for urinating in public.

DUI

At 1:16 a.m. on Sept. 2, a patrol officer observed a vehicle approaching 83rd Street that veered left
heading towards a concrete raised median. The driver, Damien Montez, 37, of Denver, Colorado was placed under arrest for driving under the influence, improper lane usage, speeding an uninsured vehicle.
