Purse Stolen Out Of Locked Car, DUI: Darien Arrests

Darien Police reports through March 21.

The following items were taken from the Darien police blotter throughout the past week. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

March 14

  • Jeffrey Zdziarski, 27, of Aurora, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. in the 7500 block of Cass Avenue for a Kendall County warrant and no valid registration. Zdziarski was processed and given a court date of April 26 at DuPage County Traffic Court. Zdziarski was taken to DuPage County Jail for the Kendall County warrant.

March 15

  • Luis Moran was arrested at 11:50 a.m. at Hinsbrook and Cass avenues for driving with a revoked license and disobeying a sign. Moran was processed and released with a court date to be mailed.
  • Christopher Clark, 27, of Woodridge, was arrested at 5:37 p.m. in the 300 block of Plainfield Road for driving while license suspended, loud muffler and operating a motor vehicle while using an electronic communication device. Clark was processed and released with a court date of March 29 at Downers Grove Traffic Court.

March 16

  • Christopher Jimenez, 23, of the 1100 block of 75th Street, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. in the 1100 block of 75th for two counts of domestic battery and possession of a controlled substance. Jimenez was transported to DuPage County Jail.
  • A locked car was broken into at 2:30 p.m. at KinderCare, 7906 Cass Ave. The victim left her purse on the front seat and the passenger window was shatter and the purse was taken.

March 18

  • Danisha Cole, 28, of Aurora, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. in the 8900 block of Lemont Road for DUI, driving while license suspended, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage. Cole was processed and released with a court date of April 16 at DuPage County Judicial Center.
