Retail Theft, Car Burglary: Darien Police Reports

The following items were taken from the Darien police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Retail Theft

• Shannon Hege, 28, of Chicago, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. Sept. 13 at Jewel, 7335 Cass Ave., for retail theft. Hege was processed and released with a court date of Nov. 7 at DuPage County Judicial Center.
• Marsha Andrea Richard-Little, 63, of Westmont, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. Sept. 14 at Jewel, 7335 Cass Ave., for retail theft. Court date to be assigned at Downers Grove Field Court.

Burglary From Motor Vehicle

• A unlocked vehicle was entered and a backpack was stolen sometime between 11 p.m. Sept. 13 and 10:40 a.m. Sept. 14 in the 2700 block of Woodmere Drive. The approximate loss was $50.
