Retail Theft, DUI: Darien Blotter

The following items were taken from the Darien police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Driving While License Suspended

• Jaquon Rickette, 20, Maywood, was arrested at 12:48 a.m. May 29 in the 8000 block of Lemont Road for driving while license suspended and improper lighting. Rickette was processed and released with a court date of July 6 at Downers Grove Field Court.

DUI

• Devin Egan, 23, Riverside, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. May 29 in the 7100 block of Cass Avenue for DUI and improper lane usage. Egan was processed and released with a court date of July 10 at DuPage Judicial Center.

Retail Theft

• Jalen Washington, 22, Joliet, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. May 30 at Speedway, 10250 Lemont Road, for retail theft and obstructing identification. Washington was processed and given a court of July 6 at DuPage Judicial Center.

Criminal Damage to Vehicle

• Unknown suspect(s) shattered a vehicle window sometime between 9:50 and 10:45 a.m. June 1 at Mount Carmel Church, 8404 Cass Ave. The estimated damage is $300.
