Rock Breaks Window, DUI: Darien Blotter

The following items were taken from the Darien police blotter. Arrestees are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

DUI

• Kiet Tuan Dam, of Carol Stream, was arrested at 2:22 a.m. Sept. 2 in the 7900 block of Lemont Road for DUI and speeding. Dam was processed and given a court date of Oct. 10 at DuPage County Judicial Center.

Driving While License Suspended

• Giuseppe Grimaudo, 59, of Villa Park, was arrested at 6 p.m. Sept. 3 in the 8100 block of Cass Avenue for driving while license suspended, suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Grimaudo was processed and released with a court date of Oct. 10 at Downers Grove Traffic Court.

Criminal Damage To Property

• A rock broke a family room window of a residence in the 1000 block of Ripple Ridge at 1:35 a.m. Sept. 4. The total loss is $500.
