Seeking Plane, Train, and Automobile Model Vendors & Exhibitors

St. John Lutheran Church at 7214 South Cass Avenue in Darien, IL will host an extensive model show and swap meet on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and is currently seeking vendors and exhibitors who may wish to participate. Based on past experience, our show is guaranteed to provide you with a highly publicized and well-attended event at which to sell or exhibit your models.

This is not a plastic model contest. There will be at least two operating model railroad layouts and over 60 vendor tables available for selling plastic model kits and model railroad-related items on two levels of a building that is fully handicapped accessible with an elevator and is adjacent to a large parking lot. The family-friendly event will also offer food and raffle prizes.

The rental of a St. John table will be $20 for an 8-foot display or one can bring their own table(s) for $10 per 8 foot length selling space. Vendors may set up Friday, January 19 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, January 20 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Proceeds will benefit the St. John Lutheran Church Youth Mission Trip/Outing/Conference Fund.
