Seeking Plane, Train, and Automobile Model Vendors & Exhibitors

St. John Lutheran Church at 7214 South Cass Avenue in Darien, IL will host an extensive Model Show and Swap Meet on Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and is currently seeking vendors and exhibitors who may wish to participate. Based on past experience, our show is guaranteed to provide you with a highly publicized and well-attended event at which to sell or exhibit your models.

This is not a plastic model contest. There will be at least two operating model railroad layouts and 70 vendor tables available for selling plastic model kits, diecast, and model railroad-related items on two levels of a building that is fully handicap accessible with an elevator and is adjacent to a large parking lot. The family-friendly event will also offer food and raffle prizes.

The rental of a St. John table will be $20 for an 8-foot display or one can bring their own table(s) for $10 per 8 foot length selling space. Vendors may set up Friday, January 17 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, January 18 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Proceeds will benefit the St. John Lutheran Church Youth Mission Trip/Outing/Conference Fund and the St. John Facilities Improvement and Maintenance Fund.
