Burglary of Motor Vehicle Parts

At 4 p.m. on Aug. 14 an officer was dispatched to 7400 block of Brookdale Drive for a burglary of
motor vehicle parts. The victim advised that sometime between Aug. 13 at 7:30 p.m. to Aug. 14 at 10:15 p.m. unknown offender(s) removed a catalytic converter from a vehicle parked
in the lot. The approximate loss is $1,400.

Residential Burglary

At 11:01 a.m. on Aug. 16 officer(s) were dispatched to the 800 block of Belair Drive for a residential
burglary. The victim advised that sometime between July 1 at 11:01 a.m. and July 22 at 7 p.m., unknown male offender posing as city employee asked victim(s) to go to the backyard to look at a fence. The homeowner was distracted while the other offender stole jewelry item(s). Offender(s) were last seen leaving in a white sport utility. The approximate loss was $32.

At 3:42 p.m. on Aug. 19 an officer was dispatched to the 8500 block of Creekside Lane for a
residential burglary. The victim advised sometime during an open house that occurred on Aug. 11, at 3:30 p.m. to Aug. 18 at 7 p.m. an unknown offender removed a Coach purse from the master bedroom. The approximate loss is $400.

Unlawful Discharge of Firearm

At 4:15 a.m. on Aug. 19 officers were dispatched to the 700 block of 71st Street for a shots fired call.
An officer located spent shell casings, but no offender(s) were located.
