Charged with disorderly conduct were a 33-year-old Bolingbrook man, a 23-year-old Orland Park man, a 22-year-old Bridgeview man and a 21-year-old Plainfield man.
About 10:30 p.m. Feb. 21, the three younger men were at the register when one of them threw something away and spit into a garbage can, according to the report. A 66-year-old employee asked the man not to do that in his garbage can.

Then the 33-year-old argued with the younger men, accusing them of disrespecting the employee.
The older man told the others to respect their elders, referring to the employee, police said. The 33-year-old said he had done time in a California prison, one of the younger men told police.
As the younger men left the store, the 33-year-old followed them, wanting to fight them for being disrespectful, police said.
The older man removed his shirt and ran toward them, police said.
In an interview, the 33-year-old told officers the others asked him to come outside to "handle it." The older man said he did so to protect his family and the employee.
Video from the store showed the younger men move away from the older one outside, but then engage him in a fight, police said.
None of the men wanted to press battery charges. So officers charged them with disorderly conduct.
