Urinator Among 3 Charged With DUI On Sunday: Cops

Police say another man was found asleep at the wheel on Captons Lane.

DARIEN, IL - Darien police arrested three people on Sunday, April 7 on DUI-related offenses, including one man they say was urinating by a roadway late at night.

According to police reports, a police officer saw Hector Hernandez, 46, of Crest Hill urinating by the roadway while the car he was allegedly driving was sitting on the shoulder of the ramp to southbound Cass Avenue from southbound I-55 at 10:22 p.m. Hernandez was arrested for aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Earlier in the day, police made two other DUI arrests. Donatus Siauliavicius, 33, of Woodridge was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and illegal transportation of alcohol near North Frontage and Andrus Road at 12:45 a.m. and Henry Dunnam, 40, of Bolingbrook was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 4:41 a.m. in the 8400 block of Captons Lane. Police say Dunnam was asleep at the wheel when he was approached.
