Victim In Fatal Crash Near I-55 And Cass Identified

DARIEN, IL — The identity of a woman killed in a crash in Darien last week has been released. Shavoness Taylor, 40, of Willowbrook was the fatal victim of a crash in the area of Cass Avenue and I-55 around 7:25 p.m. on Sept. 17, police have confirmed.

Darien police did not have additional information this week, and details surrounding the crash have not been released. Their detective division is still investigating it.
