It’s been years since the city bought property at the corner of Plainfield Road and Cass Avenue that used to play host to a BP gas station. The lot still sits vacant thanks to a combination of and . 

But of all the properties we’ve featured so far in Visions for Vacancies, this is the cleanest slate because there is literally nothing there, save some gravel and a few sparse clumps of grass.
