Willowbrook Chain Restaurant Shuts Doors

WILLOWBROOK, IL – All Denny's restaurants are supposed to be open around the clock, 365 days a year.

But a few days ago, it appears Denny's in Willowbrook shut down.

No one is answering the phone. And the corporate website says that online ordering is "unavailable at this time."

Patch has left a message with the Spartanburg, South Carolina-based company about the restaurant's status. Most locations are franchises.

The chain has about 1,400 restaurants.

Nearby Denny's locations are in Oakbrook Terrace, Bolingbrook, Hickory Hills, Oak Lawn and Oak Park.
