Willowbrook Resident Wins $250,000 On Lottery Ticket

WILLOWBROOK, IL — A Willowbrook resident recently won $250,000 on an Illinois Lottery Quick Pick ticket. Suzana Sorak, who usually buys a Quick Pick ticket along with the numbers she regularly plays, told Illinois Lottery she plans to share the money with her son, pay bills, and make some investments.

Sorak bought the winning Lucky Day Lotto ticket at Quick Mart, located at 7518 Clarendon Hills Rd. in Willowbrook, according to a release from the Illinois Lottery. The store will get a $2,500 bonus, which is 1% of the winnings, from the Lottery for selling the lucky ticket.
