Woman Refuses To Leave Darien Hotel: Cops
She was not paying for her room, so she was arrested, local police said.

DARIEN IL – Darien police released their latest blotter Wednesday. Here is information from the police reports:
Theft of services
- A 37-year-old Lockport woman was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Feb. 15 on charges of criminal trespassing and theft of services. Officers were called to the Extended Stay America hotel, 2345 Sokol Court, because the woman was not paying for her room any longer and refused to leave. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
Retail theft

- A 52-year-old Chicago man was arrested about 10 p.m. Saturday on a charge of retail theft. He was seen on video at Walmart, 2189 75th St., placing items that he had not paid for into a bag and leaving the store. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
DUI
- A 29-year-old Woodridge man was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Monday on charges of DUI and speeding 35 mph over the speed limit. He was clocked speeding 80 mph in a 45 mph zone on 75th Street. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
