RIVERWOODS, IL — A Buffalo Grove man accused of violating a stalking no-contact order and two drivers charged with DUI are among the recent arrests reported by the Riverwoods Police Department.
The following information comes from Riverwoods Police Department reports. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt.
Marquis Devon Noah White, 33, of Dolton, was arrested at around 11:26 p.m. Aug. 15, following a traffic stop near Lake Cook and Portwine roads.
Police said White was charged with speeding, failing to signal a lane change and driving under the influence of alcohol.
White was processed, charged and released. He was given a Sept. 10 court date at the Lake County Courthouse in Waukegan.
Xander E. Seto, 22, of Buffalo Grove, was arrested Aug. 28 on a warrant charging him with violating a stalking no-contact order, a Class A misdemeanor.
Riverwoods police said they investigated a reported violation Aug. 26 in the 1200 block of Saunders Road and obtained a warrant for Seto.
Officers located Seto at around 8:06 a.m. Aug. 28 in the 900 block of Greenridge Road in Buffalo Grove. He was processed and taken to the Lake County Jail.
Rachel K. Donaldson, 30, of Buffalo Grove, was arrested at around 4:12 a.m. Aug. 29, following a traffic stop near Milwaukee and Deerfield roads.
Police said Donaldson was charged with misdemeanor speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol.
Donaldson was processed, charged and released. She was given a Sept. 17 court date at the Lake County Courthouse in Waukegan.
