Boat DUI Arrest Made At Fox Lake: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

DOMESTIC BATTERY

• Frederick G. Schall, 42, of the 36600 block of N. Nathan Hale Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of domestic battery, and was arrested June 12 in the 36600 block of N. Nathan Hale Drive, unincorporated Lake Villa. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of June 20 was assigned.
• Connor P. Roman, 28, of the 26700 block of W. Country Estates Road, unincorporated Barrington, is accused of aggravated domestic battery, and was arrested June 17 in the 26700 block of Country Estates Road, unincorporated Barrington. Bond was set at $5,000 and a court date of June 22 was assigned.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM

Anthony R. Lencioni, 35, of the 300 block of E. Liberty Street, Wauconda, had a warrant for unlawful possession of a firearm, and was arrested June 14 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $150,000 and a court date of Aug. 9 was assigned.

SPEEDING

Lalo E. Pedroza, 20, of the 500 block of McAlister Avenue, Waukegn. is accused of aggravated speeding (81 mph in a 30 mph zone), reckless driving, and was arrested June 14 at Lewis Avenue and Garden Place, Waukegan. Bond was set at $1,500.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Burnell D. Brinkley, 43, of the 1900 block of McRae Lane, Mundelein, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested June 14 in the 11800 block of W. 33rd Street, Beach Park. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of July 19 was assigned.
• Scott Kent, 52, of the 200 block of Lenox Court, Grayslake, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested June 15 at Route 59 and Petite Lake Road, unincorporated Antioch. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of Aug. 2 was assigned.

BATTERY

• Eric Alcantara, 20, of the 300 block of Spring Valley Way, Round Lake, is accused of battery, and was arrested June 15 at Lake County Jail. There was no bond as he was already being held on other charges and a court date of July 5 was assigned.
• Juan P. Razo-Sosa, 22, of the 600 block of Washington Street, Waukegan, is accused of battery, and was arrested June 15 at Lake County. There was no bond as he was already being held on other charges and a court date of July 5 was assigned.
• Glenda Rivera, 29, of the 26400 block of N. Middleton Parkway, unincorporated Mundelein, is accused of battery, attempted possession of a fraudulent ID, and was arrested June 15 in the 26400 block of N. Middleton Parkway, unincorporated Mundelein. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date of June 29 was assigned.
• Jason D. May, 20, of the 37600 block of Sarah Drive, Wadsworth, had a warrant for aggravated battery, and was arrested June 17 in the 37600 block of Sarah Drive, Wadsworth. Bond was set at $50,000 and a court date of June 21 was assigned.

FORGERY

Anthony R. Baron, 59, of the 0-100 block of Forest Avenue, Fox Lake, had a warrant out of McHenry County for forgery, and was arrested June 15 in the 300 block of Washington Street, Waukegan. Bond was set at $20,000 and a future court date in McHenry County was to be determined at the time of the report.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Colton T. Luth, 30, of the 9800 bloc of E. Mawman Avenue, Beach Park, is accused of criminal damage to property, and was arrested June 15 in the 38100 block of N. North Shore Avenue, Beach Park. Bond was set at $1,5000 and a court date of July 5 was assigned.

OPERATING A WATERCRAFT UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Justin L. Kmiecik, 41, of the 1000 block of Larkdale Row, Wauconda, is accused of operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol, and was arrested June 17 at Fox Lake. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date of July 26 was assigned.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED

Sandra L. Maddox, 47, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, is accused of driving while license suspended, driving with a suspended registration, no insurance, and was arrested June 18 at Lewis Avenue and Wadsworth Road, Beach Park, Bond was set at $2,000.
