Deerfield Young Warriors Football

Deerfield Young Warriors are a youth football club that act as the feeder team to Deerfield High School. We are entering our 34th season teaching tackle football. Our teams belong to the largest travel league in Illinois. Both our club and the league teach safe techniques to all youth players. All our coaches are experienced and have been certified by USA Football and Positive Coaching Alliance. We have players from Deerfield, Riverwoods and Bannockburn. And have 5 levels of teams, for players from 3rd thru 8th grades. There is no tryouts or cuts, and players are loaned state of the art helmets and shoulder pads for the season. It's a nine game regular season and games are mostly on Sunday's, and games are played on high school varsity fields. We practice at Clavey field which is next to Caruso Middle School. Over 80% of the players at Deerfield High School have come thru our program.
