
Outdoor Senior Yoga

Join us outdoors on the second-floor courtyard terrace for a gentle senior chair yoga class designed to improve flexibility, strength and balance in a safe, supportive setting. Through mindful movement, breathing and relaxation, participants can feel more energized and grounded while enjoying the calming benefits of nature. Led by mindfulness and wellness expert Lani Gerszonovicz, the class encourages connection, community and joyful participation.
