Child Abduction Arrests Made: Lake County Sheriff's Blotter

Two unincorporated Lake Villa residents are also accused of endangering the life of a child.

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The following information comes from the Lake County Sheriff's Office and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. DISORDERLY CONDUCT

  • Alexandra C. Campos, 37, of the 21800 block of W. 2nd Street, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested May 12 in the 21800 block of W. 2nd Street, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was released and assigned a court date of June 25.
  • Marina E. Burciaga, 41, of the 21800 block of W. 2nd Street, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested April 12 in the 21800 block of W. 2nd Street, unincorporated Lake Villa. She was released and assigned a court date of June 25.
  • Joey J. Kust, 58, of the 38200 block of N. Golf Lane, Wadsworth, is accused of disorderly conduct, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested May 13 in the 38200 block of N. Golf Lane, Wadsworth. He was released and assigned a court date of June 25.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

A warrant was obtained for Sandy Baker, 49, of the 2000 block of N. Western Avenue, Chicago, for residential burglary. A future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

BRINGING CONTRABAND INTO PENAL INSTITUTION

A warrant was obtained for Kathrny N. Kirtz, 40, of the 4300 block of Birch Drive, Gurnee, for bringing contraband into penal institution on May 13 at Lake County Jail. A future court date was to be determined at the time of the report.

OBSTRUCTING IDENTIFICATION

Shahid C. Baskin, 40, of Gary, Indiana, had a warrant for obstructing identification, and was arrested Lake Cook and Saunders roads, Riverwoods. He was released and assigned a court date of May 29.

PREDATORY CRIMINAL SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A CHILD

James Sloan, 68, of the 0-100 block of St. Paul Street, Grayslake, is accused of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, and was arrested May 15 in the 100 block of Pheasant Run Trail, Barrington. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a court date of May 20 was assigned.

CHILD ABDUCTION

  • Justin R. Acosta-Delgado, 34, of the 37100 block of N. Fairfield Road, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of child abduction, endangering the life of a child, and was arrested May 15 in the 37100 block of N. Fairfield Lane, unincorporated Lake Villa. He was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and was assigned a court date of June 10.
  • Breanna N. Haven, 36, of the 37100 block of N. Fairfield Lane, unincorporated Lake Villa, is accused of child abduction, endangering the life of a child, and was arrested May 15 in the 37100 block of N. Fairfield Lane, unincorporated Lake Villa. She was being detained in the Lake County Jail at the time of the report and a court date of June 10 was assigned.

ASSAULT

Munkhyur Munuz, 54, of the 500 block of Hummingbird Lane, unincorporated Deerfield, is accused of assault, disorderly conduct, and was arrested May 15 in the 500 block of Hummingbird Lane, unincorporated Deerfield. He was released and assigned a court date of June 11.
