Kaplan Set To Graduate From University Of Georgia
Brett Kenneth Kaplan, of Deerfield, is among the more than 2,900 candidates for graduation in the University of Georgia's Class of 2023 who will be celebrated during Commencement exercises this week. Kaplan is a candidate for a BSFCS in Human Development and Family Sciences.

Kerndt Named To Women's Basketball Team At UW-Whitewater
Olivia Kerndt, from Deerfield, who is studying Undeclared at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, has earned a roster spot on the Warhawk women's basketball team for the 2023-24 season. The Warhawks are coming off their second straight Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championship and a trip to the third round of the NCAA Division III Championship. UW-Whitewater is ranked ninth in the D3hoops.com Preseason Poll and 14th in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association Preseason Poll entering the 2023-24 season.
