Ohio Wesleyan Graduates Class of 2022
Ohio Wesleyan University held its 178th commencement ceremony on May 7, celebrating its Class of 2022. Local residents graduating this spring are:
- Molly Block, of Riverwoods. Block earned a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude and was an East Asian Studies (Japanese) major and a History minor.
- Ruthie Silberman, of Deerfield. Silberman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude and was an Inclusive Elementary Education major and a Spanish minor.

Students Named to the University of Vermont Dean's List
The following students have been named to the dean's list for the spring 2022 semester at the University of Vermont:
- Catherine Ariano, statistics major, from Deerfield, is in the College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences.
- Ella Burke, Early Childhood Preschool major, from Deerfield, is in the College of Education and Social Services.
- Chelsea Burton, English major, from Deerfield, is in the College of Arts and Sciences.
To be named to the dean's list, students must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or better and rank in the top 20 percent of their class in their respective college or school.
