Daniel Bien Named to Dean's List for 2021 Fall Term

Daniel Bien, of Deerfield, has been named to the Knox College Dean's List of distinguished students for the 2021 Fall Term. To be named to the Dean's List, a student must have earned at least 2.5 credits in the term, with a grade point average of 3.6 or better (on a 4.0 scale).

University of Iowa 2021 fall semester dean's list honorees announced

More than 6,900 undergraduate students at the University of Iowa were named to the dean's list for the 2021 fall semester. Dean's list status was earned by only 1,402 first year undergraduates during the 2021 spring semester at Iowa, only 1,427 second year students, only 1,836 third year students, and only 2,304 fourth year students. Annabelle Gensler, of Deerfield, has been named to the University of Delaware Dean's List for the Fall 2021 semester. To meet eligibility requirements for the Dean's List, a student must be enrolled full-time and earn a GPA of 3.5 or above (on a 4.0 scale) for the semester.

Students receive degrees after 2021 fall semester at the University of Iowa

The University of Iowa awarded almost 1,800 undergraduate, graduate and professional students degrees at the close of the 2021 fall semester. Ten percent of the undergraduates graduated with multiple degrees and, as a group, undergraduates accumulated a 3.16 grade point average during their stay at Iowa. Local students include:

Rebecca Newhall named to Missouri State University's fall 2021 dean's list
