Baucom Makes Dean's List With High Honors At University Of Illinois

Grant Baucom, of Deerfied, was recently named to the dean's list with high honors at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The junior earned a cumulative G.P.A. of 3.84 as a James Scholar Honor Student in the School of Fine Arts. The 2020 Deerfield High School graduate has maintained a GPA of at least 3.7 for the past five semesters. Baucom is studying graphic design, with a public relations minor. He also manages and is a part of the U of I men's gymnastics team.
