Micah Shaffer Named To College of Charleston President's List

Micah Shaffer, of Deerfield, was named to the College of Charleston Spring 2024 President's List. Shaffer is majoring in Art History. Shaffer also graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History. Shaffer was among the more than 1,450 students who received degrees.

Dean's List Named For UA Spring 2024 Term

A total of 13,103 students enrolled during Spring Semester 2024 at The University of Alabama were named to the dean's list with an academic record of 3.5. The UA dean's list recognizes full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or undergraduate students who take less than a full course load. Local students from the Deerfield area include:

Siegel Named To University Of Iowa Dean's, President's List

Cory Siegel, of Deerfield, was among the more than 7,650 undergraduate students at the University of Iowa named to the dean's list for the 2024 spring semester. Siegel is a fourth-year student in Iowa's College of Engineering and is majoring in Civil Engineering Siegel was also named to the University of Iowa's 2024 spring semester president's list. President's list students have also met all the requirements for inclusion on the dean's list.

Coleman Named To Illinois Wesleyan University's Spring 2024 Dean's List

Ryder Coleman, of Bannockburn, was named to the Dean's List for the spring semester of the 2023-24 academic year at Illinois Wesleyan University. Coleman is a sophomore majoring in Finance. Coleman was among 760 students from 29 states and 29 countries named to the Spring 2024 Dean's List. To qualify for the Dean's List, students must earn a GPA of 3.50 or better during the semester, based on 4.0 for straight As.
