COSI CEO Seeks Turnaround
Carin Stutz puts 34 years of restaurant industry experience to work to rescue Deerfield based chain.

On the job for less than six months, Carin Stutz is attempting a complete turnaround for the Deerfield based135-unit Cosi restaurant chain, according to an article today in the NewsObserver.
Stutz is not afraid to get her hands dirty, according to the article. She will go into a store, make sure everything is clean and working before she takes time to greet customers.
The stock price is also a worry for Stutz, falling to 83 cents per share on the NASDQ. The company has until Nov. 21 to move the value of Cosi’s stock above $1 for 10 consecutive days or it will be delisted, according to the story.
